Gravity Roller Conveyors - the cost effective solution to many materials handling needs

Rollers reduce surface friction and allow goods to be moved manually without the aid of power.
Suit flat based goods or those which are transported in flat based containers.
Can support loads up to 110kg per metre.

Roller spur

Gravity roller spurs are used where a secondary conveyor or pick lane needs to feed loads into a main conveyor. The angle of the merge is 30 or 45 degrees and can be bolted to a conveyor straight anywhere along its length.

Skatewheel

Skatewheel conveyors are used to transport light-weight packages or for operations that require lightweight sections. Primarily they are used in shipping departments, stocking areas, assembly lines, etc. Skate wheel conveyors ensure that the container stays in orientation when travelling through a bend, as a result they are a very cost effective way of transporting your products.

Ball Tables

Ball tables are used where operators need to turn a load or manually change its direction.

Available for 300 to 800 mm wide conveyors.

Personnel Gate

The gravity personnel gate is designed to allow personnel access through a run of conveyor. It attaches to a conveyor straight and it forms part of a straight run of conveyor. It gives 850 mm of clear entry and fits into a 1m gap in the conveyor. The gate is lifted manually and gas springs are fitted to reduce the amount of physical effort required.

Handles packages up to 30kg at speeds of up to 30m/min.
Conveyor widths from 300mm to 800 mm.

MODULAR ROLLER CONVEYOR SYSTEM – A wide range of modules available to satisfy your needs

Speeds up to 114m/min.

PALLET CONVEYOR SYSTEM

The modular pallet conveyor comprises heavy duty chain conveyor, roller conveyor, chain transfer and turntable modules. The flexible pallet conveyor system is designed to handle the full range of Euro-pallet sizes as well as the popular CHEP type 1200 x 1000 pallet, with loads of up to 1500 kg.

Europallet and Chep type pallets.
3mm and 5mm thick roller options.
Soft start and inverter options available.
Conveyor speed 12m/min and 18m/min.
Fully CE compliant.

BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM - The cost effective solution for transporting unit loads

Designed for applications where improved load control and speed of operation are important factors.
Particularly useful when a conveyor is required to carry fragile loads or a wide range of load weights and sizes.

Incline Belt Conveyors

To deliver packages or boxes from one floor to another.
Can operate in either direction.
Used as a stand-alone unit or as integrated elements of a conveyor system.
