Taking Quality and Efficiency to New Heights

With a wide range of standard uprights and beams and 50mm adjustability, Dexion Speedlock P90 guarantees tailor-made solutions for maximum efficiency storage, whatever your loading criteria. Racks are simple to install and quick and easy to adjust. P90 is available in a choice of 15 beam sections and 21 different upright sections.

Speedlock frames are of bolted construction for maximum strength and reliability. Factory fitted beam safety locks keep beams in place, eliminating accidental dislodgement.

Pallet racking has a hard life, so Speedlock P90 beams are finished in tough bright orange stove enamelled finish. Frames can be painted or pre-galvanised.

The Classic - Dexion Standard Pallet Storage Rack

The standard pallet storage rack or high-bay rack is the most common kind of pallet storage. In this arrangement the pallets are fully accessible at any time, rather than being subject to a restrictive order system. Available in heights between 1.5 and 30 metres and with a variable depth and width, Dexion P90 fits space situations perfectly and is suitable for all storage media - europallets, disposable pallets or your company's own pallets, box pallets or containers.

With a wide range of components and accessories, individual systems can be tailor-made to your precise requirements, including safe storage of non-palletised loads.

Dexion Narrow Aisle and High Bay Racks for fast order picking

Narrow-aisle high-bay racks are especially suitable for maximum storage capacity and fast availability in a limited area. You can drive along the space-saving aisles with high-bay lift trucks (man down) and order-picking lift trucks (man up) for fast order picking directly from the pallet. Additional upper guide rails, if required, ensure precision and safety even at high speeds.
